Yoga Term 1 2012

Yoga classes will resume in Feb 2012. Yoga in the Park will commence on Feb 4th. Classes at Budgewoi Gym will commence Feb 8th 2012.

Xmas Break in India

From Dec 10, Matt will be taking an extended Xmas break to travel to India where he will deepen his yoga and massage knowledge by attending yoga ashrams and ayurvedic clinics, and also just having a holiday. Matt will return at the end of Jan 2012 and recommence yoga classes and massage in Feb 2012.
