Yoga at Norah Head – Central Coast

During summer Matt conducts yoga in the park at Jenny Dixon which has proved to be a wonderful experience, being able to connect with nature and enjoy our beautiful outdoors. During cooler times weekly yoga classes are held at Norah Head Community Hall. See below for details.

When: 8am Saturdays. Term 2 commences 28th Apr 2012 for 10 weeks.
Location: Norah Head Community Hall (75 Bungary Road)
Cost: $15 per class, $60 for 5 class pass.
Bring: Mat, towel (some mats & blankets will be provided).

Yoga at Body Beat Fitness Centre Budgewoi

Matt teaches two general yoga classes a week at Body Beat Gym at Budgewoi.

When: 10.30am Wednesdays and Fridays.
Location: Bodybeat Fitness Centre, 52 Tenth Ave Budgewoi
Cost: $13 for single or gym pass available.
Child minding also provided at Body Beat Gym.
Note: bring your own mat if you have.

Kids Yoga

Matt undertakes kids yoga and occasional teens yoga at various schools. Some of the classes are delivered through the Active After School Program. Previous schools where Matt has conducted kids yoga classes include;

• St Cecilias Primary School at Wyong
• St Brendans at Lake Munmorah
• Wadalba Community School for High School sport
• Tacoma Primary School, Wyong.

School Holiday Kids Yoga

Matt conducts regular school holiday programs for kids yoga. In the past this has been held at various Wyong Council Vacation Care Centres though now Matt holds one or two sessions each school holidays at Norah Head Community Hall.
