Get the last of early morning yoga at Soldiers SLSC

Early morning yoga practice is the best way to start you day. It will help to remove stiffness and boost your energy and harmonise your mind. It is a chance to see the start of the day as the sun rises and the new day begins.

There are 3 more early morning classes at Soldiers SLSC before day light savings finishes with the shortening of daylight. Class is open to both beginners and experienced yogis. Details: 6.15am-715am Thursday morning, cost  $14. (last class is on 24th March).
