It has been a wonderful term of yoga and I congratulate those who have attended during the term on their commitment and discipline. If you have been able to be consistent then you will no doubt be experiencing the amazing benefits of a regular practice of yoga. For me, a regular practice allows me to feel centered with a clearer head and it makes me feel good with a light body and ease of movement.
For most people being consistent is tricky as we are working with our minds which tend to be dissipated and easily distracted and this can happen often when there are so many things bombarding us and demanding our time.
