World Yoga Day – 2016

You may have already heard that Tuesday 21 June is the United Nations World Yoga Day. To recognise the significance of yoga, over 175 Countries passed a resolution in 2015 declaring the International Day of Yoga. Thousands of people around the world will be uniting in parks, on the streets, beaches, yoga studios, iconic locations like the Opera House and many more places to celebrate the day with yoga, meditation and chanting.

Matt will be celebrating this event during the week of classes from Monday 20th to Saturday 25th June. Even if you haven’t been to yoga for a while, get your mat out and join us to celebrate this wonderful event celebrating health and good living. (Casual attendance is fine for Monday nigth at Toukley, Wednesday morning at Budgewoi or Saturday morning at Norah Head. See timetable for details.
