Yoga teaching is Matt’s passion because it’s a way of life for him and it works! Matt believes yoga is very relevant in today’s busy world as it helps us find our centre and bring back balance on a physical, emotional and mental level. Practicing Yoga promotes good health & well-being by improving digestion and balancing the nervous system. You feel good by stretching and strengthening the body and it helps to calm the mind and improve mental clarity & focus.
Matt has been teaching regular yoga classes for over 10 years and now his focus is more on working one-on-one through the yoga therapy model. At the moment he is not teaching weekly classes but in 2020 he is likely to start teaching again in the Mullumbimby area.
